Stratford Resource Bins was a project that aimed to help solve student food insecurity at Waterloo’s Stratford School of Interaction Design and Business.

The swan was chosen as they are a common sight around Stratford, Ontario, and are even celebrated in a yearly parade. The bin is similar to the ones used by the program, and the orange colour tied the project back to its roots in the Waterloo campus, as orange was the colour for all arts programs.
